A mobile concrete batching plant was deployed for a medium-sized infrastructure project in the Philippines.
The client required a medium-capacity batching plant that could be easily relocated, installed rapidly, and moved as the project developed.
The plant needed to be compact and mobile, enabling efficient export and frequent relocations.
The project required the production of multiple ready-mix concrete grades suitable for medium-scale applications.
The client sought rapid installation and commissioning to ensure timely commencement of concrete production.
Atlas Technologies delivered a 45 m³/hr mobile concrete batching plant with a twin-shaft mixer, engineered for streamlined export and quick on-site assembly. The configuration included four aggregate feeder bins, silos for cement and fly ash, a compact mobile chassis, and a PLC-SCADA control system, providing enhanced flexibility, consistent production quality, and increased mobility.

45 m³/hr Mobile Concrete Batching Plant with twin shaft mixer, 4 aggregate feeder bins, cement and fly ash silo, PLC-SCADA control panel and compact mobile chassis structure — fully configured for high-precision concrete production on remote project sites.
The complete plant was packed into 1×40 ft open-top container and 2×40 ft containers — streamlining overseas transportation, simplifying customs clearance and ensuring efficient delivery to the project site.
Two Atlas technicians were dispatched to supervise installation, testing, commissioning and operational handover. Container unloading, mechanical installation and trial run were completed within 7–10 days of site arrival — plant handed over fully operational.
“Atlas Technologies Pvt Ltd is the best Manufacturer in the World during the last pandemic crisis, COVID-19. Their technicians were not able to come to the Philippines to install the brand-new two units of EM1250 Stationary Asphalt Plant (capacity 80 to 100 tph) because all foreigners were not allowed to enter the Philippines because of the pandemic. But we needed to operate the two units of the asphalt plant at that time with minimum manpower, and through the help of Atlas — who decided to coordinate through an online system via WhatsApp, emails, and a virtual installation process — they got the job well done. The two plants are fully operational in good condition.”
