A Tanzanian road construction company, already running an Atlas bitumen sprayer, came back for a mini drum mixer.
The customer first asked for a mini drum mixer. The real job was small road patch work, and the plant needed to be sized for exactly that.
This was the customer’s first small mobile drum mix plant, so their team needed to understand the layout, the full process and the control panel before it reached site.
With the plant already being built, the customer’s operator asked for larger feeder bins.
Atlas Technologies discussed the customer’s requirement in detail, answered every technical question, and recommended a 20-30 TPH mini mobile asphalt drum mix plant sized for small road patch work. The customer placed the order for that plant.

A 20-30 TPH mini mobile asphalt drum mix plant with feeder bins, auxiliary belts, a charging conveyor, a drying and mixing drum, a load-out conveyor, a secondary dust collector and a control panel. The plant layout was set to the customer’s requirement.
When the customer’s operator asked for larger feeder bins while the plant was still being built, Atlas took up the request immediately.
Two people from the customer’s company visited the Atlas factory in Mehsana, Gujarat, while the plant was nearly finished. Atlas gave them a full demonstration of the control panel and walked them through the complete drum mix process. The next day the plant went through a trial run covering the auxiliary belts under the feeder bins, the charging conveyor, the drying and mixing drum, the load-out conveyor and the secondary dust collector motor.
“Atlas understood what we actually needed, listened to our operator, and showed us the plant running before it left the factory. It was ready before the agreed time.”
