The Engineering Solution
Atlas Technologies designed a mobile, export-friendly solution for remote sites. The MDM 25 Mobile Asphalt Drum Mix Plant was set up for easy transport, fast assembly, and reliable production for island projects. Its modular, compact frame made overseas shipping and on-site mobility straightforward.
Plant & Equipment Supplied
MDM-25 Mobile Asphalt Drum Mix Plant at 20–30 TPH output, with 2×2 aggregate feeder bins, 12-ton bitumen storage tank, wet dust collector, fuel storage tank, PLC-SCADA control panel and compact mobile chassis — fully configured for island project conditions.
Export-Optimised Container Shipping
The complete plant was packed into 2×40 ft containers and 1×20 ft container — minimising freight cost, simplifying customs handling and enabling straightforward overseas delivery to the project site.
Rapid Installation & Commissioning
A dedicated Atlas technician was dispatched to oversee on-site installation, mechanical setup and commissioning. Container unloading, mechanical installation and trial run were completed within 7–10 days of site arrival — plant operational from day one.
