Mobile asphalt plants come with some inherent advantages over their stationary counterpart, and size and features like additional portability are not the only ones. Despite their compact design and size, these plants often mimic the capacities of their bigger cousins.
With mobile drum mix plants, the components are preassembled on a maximum of three or four chassis. The number of chassis can vary depending on the configuration. All of these chassis are prewired with a separate junction box and is equipped with safety lights, king pin, pneumatic braking axles and tire covers.
It goes without saying that the portable asphalt drums are about as powerful and productive as the stationary ones. The main added advantage they have is of the mobility over the stationary drum mixers.
The featuring tire, tubes and wheels rims can either be supplied by Atlas Technologies or procured by the customers according to their preferences.

• Storage silos available with all models – This feature allows the customer to go with any configuration and have that extra liberty.
• Customizable bitumen storage tanks – Bitumen storage tanks are fully customized and available in different sizes to suit customers’ requirements – all fully mobile.
